Simulační systémy pro testování elektronických řídicích jednotek vozidel
Čermák, František
The thesis deals with the problematics of the functions of the electronics control units and their testing in the vehicle development phase. The introduction of the thesis introduces the reader with the function of electronic control unit and especially with their main components, i.e. input/output circuits or processor unit. Further the thesis describes the basic principles of the control unit testing before deploying on the prototype vehicle and gives the overview of selected, commercially available tools for their testing by HiL method. The practical part of the thesis describes the design of a functional test of the electronic control unit by using available equipment. The purpose of the test is validation of data communication and individual functions before the implementation into the prototype vehicle. At the end of thesis the elementary functional test of newly integrated unit for controlling of the tractor gear is performed.
